Edward Ortiz

Board Member

Edward Ortiz brings a growing understanding of equine-assisted services shaped by direct experience at Horses of Hope. During his first visit to a therapeutic session, he observed the meaningful connection between horse and participant and the positive impact these interactions can have.

That experience led him to recognize that many individuals and families could benefit from these services, yet may not be aware that programs like Horses of Hope exist.

He is motivated to help increase awareness of the organization’s work. Through photography and video, he aims to document and share the everyday moments that reflect the value of the program and its role in the community.

Edward believes that expanding visibility can help more people discover and access these services.
