Get Involved

Horses of Hope exists because people choose to show up, give back, and stand behind a shared belief in hope, healing, and opportunity through the power of the horse.

Every program we offer depends on donors, volunteers, partners, and community members who care deeply about the people and horses we serve.

When you get involved with Horses of Hope, you help support:

  • Children and adults with disabilities

  • Individuals healing from trauma

  • Safe, certified equine-assisted programs

  • The care, training, and well-being of our horses

Every form of support plays a role in creating lasting impact

We look for individuals who are reliable, respectful, willing to learn, and committed to working as part of a team. Volunteering is a meaningful way to give back while learning more about equine-assisted services and supporting the people who benefit from them.

Events

Community events connect people to our mission in meaningful ways. Events help raise awareness, strengthen relationships, and support fundraising efforts that sustain our programs. Each gathering invites the community to learn about our work, meet our horses, and see the impact of equine-assisted services firsthand.

By attending or supporting events, you help build long-term community connections that allow Horses of Hope to grow and serve more individuals throughout Puerto Rico.

Events may include:

  • Community open houses

  • Fundraisers

  • Educational gatherings

  • Volunteer appreciation activities

Each event invites the community to learn, participate, and support our work.

Every Contribution Creates Lasting Impact

Whether you donate, volunteer, attend an event, or become a sponsor, your involvement helps create hope, healing, and opportunity for individuals and families through the power of the horse. Each act of support strengthens our community and expands access to life-changing therapeutic services.

We invite you to explore the options above and choose how you would like to get involved with Horses of Hope. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adults, and families seeking healing and connection.
